MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - A few local radio stations are working together to raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Clear Channel Media and Entertainment radio stations will raise money for the children's hospital Thursday and Friday.

The 26-hour radiothon, which will run from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., will help raise donations to cure children with cancer.

Officials stated since 2009, the company Clear Channel has helped raise over $600,000 for the children.

"Thanks in advance to our team for ensuring a bright future for St.Jude Children's Research Hospital," said company representative Morgan Bohannon.
