A woman is dead after swerving her car into oncoming traffic in south Toledo Saturday evening.

Toledo Police say Ethel Pryor, age 66, of Toledo, was driving south on S. Detroit Ave. near Arlington, just before 6 PM, when she drove left of center.

Two cars collided as they tried to avoid Ms. Pryor.

Still traveling into oncoming traffic and after another car swerved to avoid Pryor, Pryor struck a large limousine-bus being driven by Charles Boutan, age 49, of Toledo.

Ms. Pryor was taken to the University of Toledo Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.

Mr. Boutan refused medical treatment.

Police say it is possible that Ms. Pryor experienced a medical emergency prior to the accident.
