Suburbs vote for municipal school board members

(WMC-TV) - Shelby County residents across multiple suburbs voted for municipal school board members Thursday.

Arlington, Bartlett, Collierville, Germantown, Lakeland, and Millington chose to create their own municipal school systems in an election in July. Suburban voters returned to the polls in the summer for a second time after a federal judge struck down the previous referendums.
