NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Police say a man was speeding through Nashville with two children and drugs inside his car.

Jujuan Stafford was allegedly going almost 60 mph in 35 mph zone when he was stopped at the intersection of Broadmoor Drive and Ellington Parkway.

A 4-year-old and a 5-year-old were found sitting in the back seat.

Police say they found drugs hidden inside children's clothes in the car's truck and that they found drug text messages on Stafford's cellphone.

Stafford was booked into the Metro jail just before 12:30 a.m. Friday.
