Grizzlies player suspended for kicking Clippers guard in the face

(WMC-TV) - The NBA suspended Tony Allen for one game without pay for kicking Clippers guard Chris Paul in the face.

It happened Monday against the Clippers.

Allen was given a flagrant two foul and ejected in the first quarter. He apologized to Paul on the court and via Twitter.

From Allen's @aa000G9 account he tweeted, " Feeling some type of way about being ejected .... so not my character !! 1st and last ejection ! That's my word" and "1st thing 1st apologies 2 @CP3 accidental kick...."
