* Cleaning BEFORE using gym equipment:

Wash your hands with common soap and warm water.

Wipe any surfaces that you may touch, or your body (skin) may get in contact. Don't forget to wipe any handrails. Use disinfecting wipes -- and let the surface air-dry for 30 seconds before using the equipment.

* Cleaning AFTER you are done with the equipment:

Make sure you wipe the surface(s) you touched. This will stop the transmission of anything to the next user.

Wash your hands again.

If you plan to use hand sanitizers, consider alcohol-based sanitizers with at least 70 percent alcohol by volume.
