Juan Magallanes takes first male place in El Tour

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Juan Magallanes 1st Place Male after completing the 107-mile event with a time of 4:13:54. 

With rainy and cold conditions, El Tour de Tucson cyclists continued on. The 38-mile race is expected to start at noon. 

According to Adam Goldberg of Northwest Fire, Rural/Metro, Tucson Fire, and NW Fire are responding to several hypothermia cases.
