MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - Action News 5 is giving a high 5 to one local boy who used a lemonade stand to help others in need.

Throughout the summer, kids can be seen with lemonade stands.

But, 9-year-old Matthew Stroud is one of the youngest donors in the history of the Metropolitan Inter-Faith Association.

During his third annual cookies, coffee, and coca fundraiser, Stroud raised more than $1,600 for MIFA.

The morning refreshment stand was held in front of the fourth grader's home.
