CHANDLER, AZ (CBS5) -

One man was hospitalized and another jailed after a shooting in Chandler early Wednesday morning.

Three people were grilling near a greenbelt ramada outside a home near Arizona Avenue and Pecos Road just after midnight when two of them got in a fight, a Chandler police spokesman said.

Police said 42-year-old man went to his apartment, got a shotgun, came back and shot the 32-year-old with whom he was fighting in the arm.

The victim was rushed to a hospital and is expected to survive.
