MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - TVs and tickets to a FedExForum suite were just a few of the items stolen in a botched break-in spree. The estimated value of the items stolen totaled more than $100,000.

Police say the thieves broke in and ransacked Eyes For You, International Paper, and lawyers' businesses.

In addition to TVs and FedExForum passes, the crooks stole computers and several other electronics. Each item was found in room 305 of the Extended Stay America motel, located a few doors away.

That motel is where Kayla Loesch had to go to identify her office's TV, which is now broken.

"It was jammed full," Loesch said of the motel room. "It looked like an electronic store blew up in there."

Police in the area saw two men pulled over to the side of the road, strapping a TV to the roof of their car. Officers pulled them over because they seemed suspicious.

Shequille Terrells is locked up at 201 Poplar Avenue on a $200,000 bond. His accused accomplice, Gregory Bratcher, is also behind bars on a $250,000 bond.

"Only thing I can do is pray for him and ask other people to pray for him because I do love him," said Shequille's grandmother, Ora Terrells. "He got caught up in it. He thinks everybody is his friend, you know? But he's a sweet young man."

It is back to business as usual at the Eyes For You optometrist office...almost.

At a place accustomed to correcting vision, the staff can't see its daily routine.

"Usually we keep it on CNN or the news, local news," said Loesch. "We had to switch it to the radio."

The incident report lists a third suspect in the burglaries, however, only two people have been arrested and booked, so far.
