MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) – Quincy Johnson is out of jail on a $200,000 bond, but he's expected to be back at 201 Poplar on Thursday to face several charges including vehicular homicide.

Investigators say Johnson was behind the wheel of the vehicle that crashed into a car full of people near Hacks Cross and Meadow Vale early Sunday morning.

One of those people, 13-year old Keyon Moss, died from his injuries.

Action News 5 talked with family members who say they are holding on to faith to get them through this devastating time.

"It is hard, very hard...but the faith that I have in God I know that that's what's carrying us through," said Linwood Dillard, Keyon's Uncle.

A visitation for Keyon will be held Saturday, December 21 from 11 a.m. to noon at Greater Community Temple on Winchester Road. The funeral will follow at noon.

We will be inside the courtroom for Quincy Johnson's hearing and will have the latest on Action News 5 at 5 p.m.
