MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - Investigators arrested three suspects in a Thursday afternoon murder in the Coro Lake area, according to court records.

Mark Whitely, 24 , was booked Friday. He admitted he helped plan and execute a robbery at a house in which Tyler Gurien was shot and killed by another co-defendant.

Jonathan Bolden, 28, was arrested first, and Ryan Winston, 21, was also arrested.

All three suspects are charged with first-degree murder in perpetration of a robbery.

Police say Bolden, Whitely, and one other people went to Gurien's house intending to rob him. While there, one of the individuals pulled out a shotgun and shot Gurien. Police say Bolden admitted his participation in the plan to rob Gurien.

Bolden is scheduled to be in court Monday morning.

Memphis police were called to the house Thursday afternoon after neighbors reportedly found a man's body in a blood-covered basement.

"When they came in they saw blood and just followed the trail of blood and he was down in the basement. So, that is so tragic," said neighbor Littleton Prince.

Neighbors say the Gurien, 26, lived in the house, owned by his parents, for roughly the past eight months. They say he was a nice young man.

"I miss him because right now we'd be hanging out in the garage doing something," said neighbor Adam Mitchell.

Mitchell is distraught after his young neighbor was found dead in his house.

"He hung with me everyday. We'd piddle around, do different things. He always told everybody I was his father, and a lot of people thought that. I loved him just like he was a son of mine," said Mitchell.

Mitchell and other neighbors glow when talking about Gurien.

Although, he had scrapes with the law in Shelby County in 2007 and 2009, but Mitchell says he was getting his life back on track.

"And everything I told him I tried to tell him the right thing, tried to keep him out of trouble," said Mitchell. "He didn't go places. He didn't hang out with nobody. Just something happened that he wasn't aware of, and I wasn't aware of and just got caught up in something that we didn't have no control over."
