Freebie Friday: Free food, a concert, museum visits

(WMC-TV) – It's FREEbie Friday and Lindsey Brown has got you covered with food and events.

This one is simple. To get a free order of Pizza Hut cheese sticks all you have to do is go to the Pizza Hut Facebook page and click on e-mail deals. On Saturday, you can make a night out of a free gospel concert at the Dixon Gallery and Gardens. Well-known group, The Mighty Kings of Harmony, will perform for the closing of Ashe to Amen at 6 p.m. This Memphis quartet-style based group has been creating gospel music for over fifty eight years. On Mondays, the National Civil Rights museum always offers free admission for Tennessee residents with a valid ID after 3 p.m. The museum is under renovation, but the museum is offering guests a chance to walk on the historic balcony while work is ongoing. Click here for the museum's website.

If you're a Memphis Bank of America customer, you can participate in the Bank of America's Museums on Us program. This program provides free weekend access to the Dixon Gallery and Gardens on Saturday, January 4 and Sunday, January 5.

All you have to present your Bank of America credit or debit card, with your photo ID and you can get in free! This program will be going on at the Dixon, the first full weekend of each month.

This deal is only for the cardholder and guests are not eligible for free admission. The free deal also cannot be used for fundraising events, special exhibitions and ticketed shows.
