(WMC-TV) – The driver of a vehicle involved in a crash that killed two Ole Miss students is expected to turn himself in on charges related to their deaths on Friday, according to a law enforcement source close to the investigation.

Arthur Lueking faces two charges of aggravated DUI in a November 2013 crash that killed passengers Christopher Grimaud, 20, and Kevin Eagan, 18.

Both victims involved were in fraternities at the university.

Oxford police said Lueking lost control of his vehicle around 5 a.m. on a Saturday morning. A warrant was obtained to draw blood after the crash.

A third passenger recovered after minor injuries.
