RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -

This past Wednesday we debuted our "Most Wanted Wednesdays" segment at 11. The two fugitives were wanted for a violent assault that happened back in 2012. Tonight, thanks to you, they are now in custody.

Moments after our report aired Wednesday night at 11, your tips poured in - and then paid off! Now both Jerquell Cheatham and Aaron Johnson are back behind bars.

Johnson was arrested in Richmond on Wednesday evening at the John Marshall Courthouse and Cheatham was picked up just Friday morning at a house on Mimosa street in Richmond's Southside.

U.S. Marshals deputies say Cheathams arrest is a direct result of his feature on Most Wanted Wednesdays just two days ago on NBC12. A viewer who saw the segment led U.S. Marshals deputies to raid the Mimosa Street house.
