City Watch canceled, woman and 3 children found safe

MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) – Memphis police canceled the City Watch alert for Lynesha Bass and her three young children. Police say they were found and that everyone is safe.

A City Watch was issued after the family was last seen in the area of South Third Street on Wednesday, February 26 between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Police say her boyfriend got a text message from her the next day, Thursday, Feb. 27, as she was leaving an unknown Kroger around 8:30 p.m.

Bass was heard from or seen for about 13 hours.
