Sheriff's Department investigating porn star's latest video

Updated:

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC-TV) - We first showed you video of Jacqueline McKee performing a sex act in a Bartlett Park three weeks ago.  She put it on her "Foxy Jacky" web site.

"She's definitely a tramp -- just nasty," one neighbor told us.

McKee hasn't done much to make the news since then.

"Then, low and behold, she appears on the Internet again," says Shelby Co. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Shular.

This time, she's wearing what appears to be an authentic deputy's uniform.

"It happens to be Shelby County, Tennessee," McKee says in the video.

"It has patches on both sides," says Shular.  "It was a khaki uniform," he adds.  "The only thing missing was a nameplate.

Investigators are now working to find out the name of the deputy who may have loaned his or her uniform to "Foxy Jacky," which she eventually removes in the video.

"There's a good likelihood that it could be one of our shirts," says Shular.

McKee also wears a badge in the video.  However, it's too difficult to see the badge number.

"Think the one thing the public needs to be reassured is this: if something like this appears on the Internet -- we're not a party to it," says Shular.

Although one of their deputies might be.

No one answered our knocks at "Foxy Jacky's" house in Cordova.  We're told she will likely face no charges, since she was not actually impersonating an officer in public.  The deputy will be disciplined for mis-using his or her uniform if the sheriff's office figures out who he or she is.
